Dreams and Nurseries.

I had the craziest dream last night. I was 5 months pregnant and I had just found out. It was like my body kept the same shape for 5 months and all of the sudden I had a belly. (Like that unbelievable show "I didn't know I was pregnant") I was so scared and all I could think was "Oh no, I had margaritas on Friday night".
Well, I am not pregnant but my friend Natalie is. She sent me pictures of her little boys' killer nursery and I wanted to share the images. She bought the crib and chair and re-used the other items from her house. She had a sticker made with her sons name and pasted it to her brother, Uncle Greg's, surf board.
I particularly love the rug (*never be afraid to add a rug on top of carpet) and the day bed that is in the room. I can only imagine how tiring motherhood is and the thought of napping on the bed while the baby naps in his crib is a great addition.
What is not pictured is a hand painted hutch which stores his clothes, diapers, etc...
Boy's rooms can be more difficult to design and I think Natalie did a fantastic job creating a room that is stylish for kids and grown-ups.

Oh,I love the surf board and the artwork!!! Too cute! Don't be so sure about not knowing...if it weren't for the constant craving of Krispy Kreme donuts (not just one, but four or five at a time) I literally would not have known...it took almost 5 months to start showing with my first, but with the next one that's out the window!!!!
