You know you are getting older when...

...you start to love antique rugs.

I believe a natural (jute, sisal, seagrass) rug can do no wrong and it is always a safe option. I also love any stripe rug from Dash and Albert, but recently I just want an antique (looking) runner in my kitchen.

If I was designing a girls nursery I would start with that pink rug and build the room around it.   

What are your thoughts? Any other items you love that feel more traditional? I'll be back tomorrow to share another traditional item I'm drawn to.
