Guac.
If there is one thing I actually take joy in making, it's guacamole. I could eat guac almost everyday, at least every other day, and my love of it would not be diminished. People seems to like mine, so I'll share it with you.
First things first. I highly recommend buying molcajete which is a bowl made from lava rock that crushes and grinds the ingredients to enhance the flavor. Mine is a Christmas present from Mexico, but luckily Target carries something similar.
Here are the ingredients:
Chop your onions, jalapenos and cilantro. Mash/grind them in in molcajete {i believe this is the step that separates this guac from the ones made in a blender}

slice your avocados
add in tomatoes, lime and salt
and enjoy! this was our dinner last night.
